Job Description

Responsible to consult customers in the organization on an operative level with an in-depth level of expertise in the O2C (Order to Cash), we are looking for an expert in business processes and IT systems focus on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). Prepare and drive decisions based on understanding of the customer’s business, by participating in Sales Solution related IT projects, and by accessing all relevant KPIs and figures of the Solution

• Connect with customers to gather business requirements and ensures matching of technical IT requirements to those business requirements in alignment with IT Architects
• Consults the customers with in-depth knowledge of SAP SD (Order to Cash / Sales) considering the end-to-end IT solution design
• Realization of development activities: support effort estimation, identify required skills, and ensure that demand and supply of resources is aligned
• Perform Solution assessment and validation using relevant tools such as user acceptance testing, defect and issue reporting etc.
• Conduct requirements/process analysis using relevant tools such as process modeling, reverse engineering, organization modeling, use cases, etc
• Participate in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades and patches in line with IT security guidelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Related field
• Expert level SAP SD (Order to Cash / Sales) configuration, implementing and maintaining knowledge
• Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to moderate workshops and discussions
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world
• Preferred development skill in Abap:
  • Experience in OO
  • Knowledge API and EDI are required
  • UI5/Fiori know-how is preferred
