How will you make a difference
- Assess information security risks and control implementation guidance in IT project and product management.
- Manage the Cyber Security Program elaborating and maintaining a dashboard with the key indicators and reporting it periodically to the Corporate Information Security Committee.
- Manage the Information Security Framework, developing policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
- Lead and coordinate the cyber incident response process.
- Analyze and scan continually the corporate digital architecture and the software developed and used to identify vulnerabilities. Manage the remediation plans and the deployment of security patches.
- Develop the security software development lifecycle (S-SDLC) methodology. Lead and coordinate the S-SDLC projects.
- Develop the cloud security program. Lead and coordinate the cloud assessments.
- Implement and maintain the cyber security awareness and training program, focus on IT and IS staff.
- Monitor the regulatory compliance requirements and support the IS and IT staff in the implementation of the necessary corrective and preventive actions to be compliant
- Support the Corporate Legal Team to meet internal and external regulatory requirements, formalization of organizational procedures and improvement of business processes.
Requirements
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
- Master Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent + minimum 4 years of experience in:
- Implementation and management of Information Security Management Systems.
- Cyber incident response experience.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security best practices (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CSA CCM).
- In-depth knowledge of IT Risk Management methodologies (i.e. Magerit, Ebios, Octave and ISO 27005).
- Penetration and vulnerability scanning tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the cyber security state of art.
Desirable knowledge:
- Be in possession of one of the following degrees or certifications: Master in Cybersecurity, CISA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, GCIA, ISO 27001 LA, PCI QSA.
- PCI-DSS audit and adequacy projects.
- Pentesting and incident response experience.
Desired skills:
- Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication and work team skills
- Demonstrated strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.
- Demonstrated ability to build understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the organization.
- Demonstrate experience managing and interacting with outsourced services
