Job Description: 

AFS is seeking a Publicly Available Information and Open Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) Administration Policy Subject Matter Expert (SME). This person will be responsible for researching, developing and presenting PAI policy, training and Intelligence Products for senior leaders. The PAI/OSINT Policy SMEs will interface across the Department of Defense (DoD), national intelligence community and commercial sectors to develop PAI/OSINT policy, support intelligence program development and expand training program guidance.

Collaborate with the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on PAI/OSINT policy re-writes/updates, strategic enterprise outlooks, OSINT funding strategies, OSINT training curriculum, and emerging intelligence requirements.  The selected candidate will provide commanders and staff assistance in the development of prudent COAs, recommend priorities, train members of the team, and employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit to JSOTF operations.

Here's what you need:

  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility in JPAS.
  • 8+ years of experience performing analytical intelligence-related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in support of SOF.
  • 2+ years of experience with:
    • Social Network Analysis experience with an understanding of the latest state-of-the-art Social Network techniques, methodologies, and tools in support of multi-INT analysis products.
    • Briefing complex analytic-related matters at all levels of the supported Chain of Command to include experience training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with JSOTF customers.
    • Experience with mainstream and global web applications (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, YouTube, Myspace, Telegram, WhatsApp, Wikr, Vibr, Pinterest, WordPress, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Photobucket, Flickr, Vimeo, Squidoo, Foursquare, Panoramio, and Picasa, etc.).
    • Experience producing technical guidance and advisory assistance in the preparation of PAI/OSINT policies and guidelines.
    • Experience and results to include knowledge of training requirements, mission requirements, the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with JSOTF customers to assist in overall team development; demonstrable knowledge of SOF organizational structure is preferred.
    • Experience with F3EAD targeting methodology to include a broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant experience in their field capable of leading technical efforts culminating in PAI/OSINT products/capabilities.
    • Experience with analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, and methodologies related to intelligence operations, with the ability to integrate the field of intelligence analysis, products, or collections to ensure the overall soundness and efficacy of operations, products, and the execution of assigned missions.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Prior experience and demonstrable knowledge of SOF organizational structure are preferred.
  • Managerial level experience or overseas tours with an SMU and or other SOF is desired.

Security Clearance:

  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility in JPAS

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $105,200 - $168,400 

Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500 

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
