Cloud Network & Security Engineer

We’re looking for a Cloud Network & Security Engineer to join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

The project:

Our client is a partner of leading cloud vendors, specifically and mostly Cloudflare, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
They are providing and reselling cloud solutions, deploying and migrating customer environments to the cloud.

The technical teams are working with customer technical personnel in order to scope and perform these cloud deployments. The work entails understanding the customer requirements, a wide understanding of the scope of the project as well as challenges and obstacles, designing a solution, planning the work plan, and building the relevant documentation.

Requirements

What's important for us:

• At least 3+ years of Hands-on IP Networking experience
• At least 3+ years of Hands-on firewalls or WAF
• At least 1+ years of experience working in production environments
• Experience in Advanced Networking, for example: Routing protocols, Load Balancers, Networking HA mechanisms, etc
• Working knowledge of general Network Security, for example: IPSec Tunnels, Encryption, Security Appliances Clusters, DLP, Email Security, End Point Security, etc
• Knowledge in standard Internet Protocols, for example: DNS, HTTPS, SNMP, FTP, LDAP, etc
• Experience working with Linux
• Experience working with Public Cloud Environments
• Good business English & Polish is written and spoken.
  

Nice to have:

• Automation (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Scripting and/or Programming experience
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
