People Management & Leadership
• Manage and improve IT Product/Service over complete lifecycle
• Be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase out of the IT product/service orchestrate responsible roles
• Align the IT Product/Service roadmap closely with IT Portfolio Management during its whole
lifecycle (incl. version planning and overlapping requirement mgmt.)
• Take responsibility for economic success plan necessary resources, forecast financials and ensure
first in class quality/price relation based on requirements
• Be accountable for all commercial aspects of IT Product / Service
• Make sure that IT Product/Service descriptions in the catalogue are kept up to date
• Analyse and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
• Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
• Drive standardization of IT Products/Services within CI in close alignment with other IT
Product/Service Owner and Solution Manager

Disciplinary responsibility for a distributed, international team of over ten people
• Technical and commercial responsibility for network and web application firewalls as well as VPN gateways in Bosch datacenters worldwide
• Shaping the future of Bosch’s innovative software-driven and automated network infrastructure environment with architects of your and other teams
• Leading a team of infrastructure specialists operating a complex, high-available Cisco firewall environment (deploy & run)
• Participation in pioneering IT projects with the expertise of your team (plan & build)
• Close collaboration with architects and consultants of your service as well as other PSOs of the Product Family
• Strong customer contact
• Develop and improve the charging model of your service

Qualificações

Completed studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in the field of business informatics, informatics, sciences or comparable field of study.

Hands on experience in the product and service area. Profound experience implementing in leading,running and operating products and services.
Know-how:
Strong background in IT products and services. Experience in the fields: computer networks,
firewalls, security, compliance and Cloud Infrastructure.
Enthusiasm: Strong commitment to fulfill customer satisfaction, passion for change

Languages: Very good written and spoken English AND optional, but beneficial good spoken German.

Personality:
Strong leadership and communication competence, negotiation skills in an environment with
conflicting interests, excellent interpersonal competencies for relationship building and team
development, ability to motivate and enable experts to add value to products, services, and
solutions by work successfully in virtual teams and drive continuous and lifelong learning. Open fornew working methods and styles.
Working style: Independent, interactive, proactive, customer oriented
