Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to perform Data Loss Prevention administration focused on: EDM, DAR and CASB, developing security policies aligned with the global requirements as well as participate in incident investigation and resolution, generating reports, DLP automation support, platform management and enhancements for DLP technical infrastructures. 

 
Duties And Responsibilities 
 

  • Policy development, tuning and technical support to Experian internal clients. 

  • Resolve incidents based on mutually agreed upon SLA, severity, and priority. 

  • Administer McAfee: Exacta Data Match, Data-at-rest scanning and CASB DLP. 

  • Able to test and replicate issues to determine the cause of the problems. 

  • Support, patch, and upgrade of DLP infrastructure. 

  • Assist in the operational and performance issues related to DLP infrastructure and applications. 

  • Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize DLP products. 

  • Background experience with - DLP Support infrastructure integration (Splunk, DB´s, OS mgmt.). 

  • Participate in client/internal audit meetings as DLP SME. 

  • Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase. 

  • Comply with Experian change and incident management processes utilizing Service Now. 

  • Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives for DLP platforms. 

  • Develop and implement automation and monitoring to improve system availability and supportability. 

Qualifications

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements 
 

  • At least 3 years of experience in information security/Information Technology. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum 2 years plus of DLP experience preferred. 

  • Windows desktop and server systems support experience required. 

  • CISSP, GIAC Security Essentials, CCSP or equivalent certification preferred. 

  • Demonstrated and hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies. 

  • Troubleshooting experience required. 

  • Experience writing Procedure/Process documentation. 

  • Test and analyze develop custom scripts, programs as needed. 

  • Understanding of cloud/SaaS environments.

  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. 

  • Maintain professional and cordial relationship with the team, internal clients and external vendors. 

  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (oral, written, and electronic). 

  • Willing to take ownership, good team player, positive attitude, and a curious by nature.
