Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager for Compliance, you will have the opportunity to meaningfully impact how our organization scales by supporting Zscaler’s compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc).  Join industry-leading professionals to ensure that our processes, infrastructure, and product are designed, operated, maintained and protected in accordance with these certifications and security standards as it applies to Zscaler.   This role reports to the Leader of the Compliance function and will work closely with the Engineering, Cloud Operations, Partner Liaisons, and Product Management. 

• Assists with the overall execution of compliance programs aimed at achieving and maintaining industry accreditations and certifications, especially ISO 27001, SOC 2 and related frameworks.
• Provides support to the compliance audit and assessment efforts to include with external third-party auditors with evidence collection and upload, auditor interview support, and auditor walk-throughs of policies, procedures, and related compliance and security documentation through various intranet portals and sites
• Assists with performing and managing compliance team internal audits and control reviews
• Performs cross-functional interviews with Operations and SecOps teams to determine if system security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome. 
• Demonstrates the capability to coordinate with Zscaler auditors
• Execute projects to improve controls and/or tooling for Zscaler Compliance goals

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Compliance and/or auditing/controls testing
• Project Management - Plan and manage several projects to meet compliance and security requirements
• Experience in program or project management, auditing, and/or control framework development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Industry standard compliance frameworks and Cyber Security Best Practices
• Experience in compliance management related activities including Policy, Procedures and Standards documentation
• Knowledge of public cloud environments like AWS, Azure and GCP
• Professional certification such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) preferred
• PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications (i.g. Agile, Scrum, Sigma, etc.) are a plus.

• Bachelor or Masters in Information Technology or Relevant field Skills and Experience

Additional Information

The base salary range for this full-time position is $100,750 to $155,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
