Job Description

• Implement and develop compliance requirements, compliance strategies and compliance management systems
• Create and optimize group/company guidelines and regulations as well as other relevant rules and regulations
• Evaluate compliance notices and compliance cases with a view to processing and implementing measures to be taken
• Identify potential threats, create plans to avoid and mitigate risks, and develop risk management controls and contingency plans to manage crises
• Design processes to avoid or mitigate potential risks
• Prepare reports and presentations with recommendations and assist in communicating recommendations to management
• Support the implementation of solutions and plans
• Drive compliance and risk awareness / culture and provide training

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of governance, risk and compliance
• Analytical skills, team mentality and a structured way of working round off your qualifications
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
