Our Security team is looking for a consultant with a creative and innovative approach and a can-do attitude. You will work at the office located in the heart of Ostrava and serve customers from all over Europe.

Job Description

What can you expect?

• Be a subject matter expert and contribute significantly to the design and implementation of the delivery strategy
• Maintain the list of projects and plan capacity
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and keep an eye on new business trends in IT Security
• functional consultancy for governance compliance, risk management and in cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Leadership of small internal team for implementation projects of ServiceNow
• Lead the pre-sale activities and maintain standard offers (incl. slide decks, references, etc.)
• Contribute in creating and maintaining pre-sale materials
• Build offers and business strategies in IT Security field
• Partially responsible for business development - strategy, pipeline, offer, business plan etc.

Qualifications

What do we expect?

• Proven business experience and expertise in IT Security Management technologies
• Min. 5 years of experience in IT Security - governance compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Experience in pre-sale activities
• Ability to drive offer development
• Experience with leading complex projects in an international environment
• Experience with leading teams
• Willingness to present the company at the conferences or any other social events and by writing expert articles
• Good general consulting and soft skills - structured thinking, effective report writing and presentations, and stakeholder engagement
• Advanced English (both spoken and written form)
• Czech / German / French language is an advantage
