As a Senior Technical Product Manager in Zimperium, you will manage and help shape the strategy for one or more products/product areas for the global leader in mobile device and app security. Zimperium offers real-time, on-device protection against Android and iOS threats. The Zimperium platform leverages our award-winning machine learning-based engine - z9 - to protect mobile data, apps and sessions against device compromises, network attacks, phishing attempts and malicious apps. To date, z9 has detected 100% of zero-day device exploits in the wild without requiring an update or suffering from the delays and limitations of cloud-based detection - something no other mobile security provider can claim. This role requires setting the vision and direction for owned product areas, defining and prioritizing product requirements, and working with a cross-functional team to deliver highly competitive and differentiated product offerings in a timely manner. Responsibilities:Set the vision and roadmap for owned products/product areas and drive end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams.Maintain deep understanding on new product markets including identification of potential technologies, best practices, competitors and partners.Develop and clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to customers.Execute disciplined and effective product development processes. Provide thought-leadership in identifying and prioritizing product features in responsible areas.Contribute actively to innovation. Drive the development of business cases for concepts that warrant investment potential related to new products or transformation of existing products.Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market research.Define user personas, use cases and user stories for product features that will enhance customer satisfaction.Demonstrate ownership and accountability for owned product roadmap; identifying customer pain points for target user personas and use cases, converting them into user stories, and prioritizing them in sequence for development teams for owned products.Drive product development in collaboration with architects, UI/UX designers and development teams.Ensure knowledge transfer of product functionality to sales, marketing and customer success teams. Manage expectations, set realistic goals with stakeholders and achieve them.Communicate issues and seek support in a timely manner to eliminate roadblocks.Drive collaboration, speed, innovation, excellence and a fun work environment. Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have prior product management experience managing an enterprise software product in the IT security space.BS/BA in computer science, business or related discipline. MBA a plus.7+ years of experience in software product management at technology companies with substantial revenue.3+ years of experience with Agile software development methodologies in a Product Owner role.  Experience in IT security technologies is required.Experience in iOS and Android mobile operating systems and technologies is a plus.Well-versed with the product management lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.Solid business acumen and analytical ability to guide the product to achieve business goals.Exceptional ability to identify and prioritize customer problems and map them to new products and features.Strong attention to detail with a great track record of working with engineering and design teams.Passion for technology and a good understanding of the current technology landscape and issues.Strong executive presence and leadership skills. Self-starter with a deep passion and motivation to drive growth in existing and new products.Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to own and drive execution. Proven track record of launching great products working with large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences.Ability to work autonomously with little help or direction.Proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Location:Zimperium office in Dallas, Texas or remote office location. Zimperium is an Equal Opportunity employer.
