Job Description

Support BAU activities by fulfilling multiple requests for internal users and external clients, following security best practices, guidelines set by the Global Information Security Policy and adherence to the ISO27001 principles and guidance.

BAU Support

•  Work on requests that are 100% fully authorized
• Investigates minor security breaches in accordance with established procedures.
•  Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges.
•  Performs non-standard security administration tasks and resolves security administration issues.
• Lifecycle management of Role Based Access profiles in line with business, policy & regulatory requirements.
•  Support ad hoc requests, performing security analysis and creation of change specifications to implement access or remediate security related issues.
•  User provisioning lifecycle support for platforms such; Active Directory, Mainframe (RACF & Top Secret) Digital Certificates or SSO.
•  Comply with SLAs and OLS already established with the business
•   Follow processes and documented procedures based on the platform or services provided
•  Highlight any GAPs of approval, understanding of processes, training and awareness to management.

Customer Service

•  Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
•   Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
•   Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records
•   Work with other BAU Team members and raise concerns to management to drive continuous improvements
•   Communicate effectively & respectfully

Quality Assurance

•   Follow documented procedures to assure quality and execution of tasks.
•   Document incidents and requests to provide accuracy in metrics gathering based on the FCA requirements.
•   Begin to understand how to adhere to the privilege of least principle to fulfil requests as required.

•  Track any issues for proper investigation making use of the event management process, to identify training needs and process improvements

Risk Assessment

•  Starts to investigate and report on hazards and potential risk events within a specific function or business area.
 • Begin to participate in risk assessment for BAU platforms to help identify and address any risks or areas of improvements

Security Project Support

•  Under supervision, provide project support in BAU tasks, and large non-standard requests.
 •  Start to learn about key business stakeholders & contacts.
•  Learn how to support the development of business processes as part of IAM related to projects
•  Start to understand the role of GSA in a Security Project.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge, Skills or Experience

• 0-2 year’s work experience within a security administration type role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Proactive individual with fast learner capability
• Results driven person that drives themselves to stay within accepted SLAs for the services they provide.
• Able to multitask on different focus areas
• Able to perform root cause analysis on incidents/Problems to work on proper resolution.
• Fluent English communication and on technical and none technical vocabulary.

• Project management experiences a plus (Scrum, Kanban)

•  Minimum knowledge is PowerShell scripting and SQL language

• Knowledge in CyberArk MFA a plus
• Knowledge SailPoint IAM a plus
