This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong technical, communications and organizational skills, who is eager to succeed and become part of a growing company at our Brampton, ON office.

Responsibilities:

Involvement in all technical aspects of ServiceNow project and service delivery, including:

  • Application UI Configuration and customizations
  • Workflow configuration and customizations using Flow Designer.
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation.
  • Ability to Demonstrate ServiceNow Platform as well as specific Modules to potential and existing customers
  • Custom application development
  • Troubleshoot and support ServiceNow based applications and systems
  • Business Analysis, Sprint Planning, User Story Definition
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings
  • Support sales of software and services through demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Provide value-based assessments and requirement workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software
  • Prepare client facing and internal deliverables
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of project delivery team
  • Work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Be professional and courteous in all engagements


Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles
  • Proven expertise and/or experience (3+ years) as a key ServiceNow technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
  • IT Operations and IT Security experience is preferred
  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
  • Experience with modern and relevant web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, AngularJS, etc.) and of working in a PaaS or SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies
  • Basic understanding of Integration methods and capabilities (ETL, FTP, REST, SOAP, JDBC, WSDL)
  • Good understanding of ITIL (ITIL Foundations Certified Preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

Certifications & Knowledge:

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete ServiceNow competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations.

ServiceNow Accreditations and Certifications are a plus, specifically:

  • ServiceNow CSA: Certified System Administrator
  • Service Certified Application Developer
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Any Application
