As a Senior Corporate Security Engineer, you will shape and implement our Corporate Security Strategy. You will create policies, build automation scripts, and configure Roblox's Corporate systems to ensure consistent and secure usage. You will coordinate with the Corporate Engineering team to set a unified strategy and then execute against this vision. You will be a founding member of the Corporate Security team at Roblox, and you'll have a big impact on how we secure the metaverse.

You will be part of the Infrastructure Security team, reporting to the Manager of Corporate Security Engineering. You'll work closely with other people in the infosec team as well as cross functionally with Engineering teams across the company.

You Have:

• 7+ years: of relevant professional experience.
• Experience writing and maintaining: scripts in at least one language such as SQL or Python.
• Deep understanding: of Corporate Systems security, security best practices, and the end-to-end impact of changes. Expertise in GSuite, Okta, or Active Directory is a plus.
• Familiarity with: Identify and Access Management, Authentication & Authorization, Mobile Device Management, Endpoint management, Insider Threat, and corporate systems configuration
• Understanding of: Security concepts, scripting languages, automation, and the corporate security space.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.Annual Salary Range$267,720—$331,640 USD
