Job Description

Scope of Work

• The scope of work primarily focuses on European countries but coordination and support in the Asia Pacific and Americas is also expected although the ground technical work will be primarily split between France and Germany first, secondarily between Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Belgium, and UK. Others as needed but sporadically.
• The pace of integration is driven from within the countries and will dictate the pace of deliverables for the Services. Demands will need to be evaluated with local Heads of IT to judge whether extra resources are needed to support the delivery of Services.
• Due to the nature of the work, it is envisaged that two dedicated full-time equivalent resources will be assigned to the Global IT Security Transformation Office for Akkodis to initiate the work. It is anticipated that the Services may ramp up to four full-time equivalent resources if the budget allows, demands justify and approval is obtained from the Customer.

Functional Specifications and/or System Requirements

• The organizational structure to deliver the Services is let to the Provider to define in agreement with the Customer but the envisaged model relies on one single point of contact with senior expertise in IT security and transformation to coordinate the IT Security Business Analysts on the field who will be in close proximity with local IT.
• Remote work is possible although IT Security Business Analysts are expected to travel to sites in scope for integration in various countries in scope, primarily France and Germany. As such, German and French speakers are highly desired.
• Experience in IT security architecture whether on-premise or public cloud is required for IT Security Business Analysts to deliver successfully.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security architecture expertise with a broad understanding of multiple security domains.
• At least 5 years of senior architect and leadership experience, preferably from a fortune 500 company
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SABSA, GIAC, CCSP, CCSK, or equivalent is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and demonstrable knowledge of key Information Security standards (such as NIST, COBIT, RiskIT, ISO 17799, and ISO 27001)
• Proven knowledge and experience of Project Delivery Methodologies such as Prince 2, SCRUM and Agile.
• Positively influencing key decision makers/stakeholders of a large multi-faceted enterprise organization
