AnaVation is seeking a cyber watch officer site lead for our mission-critical customer in Reston, VA.
Position Responsibilities Include:·       Responsible for providing multi-agency cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis management.·       Provide security monitoring, coordinate across multiple agency-specific Watch Officers (WOs), lead coordinated response process, report information to leadership to make risk-based recommendations.·       Time keeping management for respective WO site personnel·       Watch shift schedule management for respective site WO team, collaborating/deconflicting with alternate WO site lead on their respective team shift assignments·       Supervision and escalation of on-site delivery of customer products and handling of events/incidents ·       Coordinating training (primarily in-person, but potentially virtual as well) for new WOs·       Gather weekly, monthly, and annual reporting content from respective site team ·       Facilitate collaboration with other IC SCC divisions on surge support and/or additional tasking for professional development of site leads and WO trainees ·       Participate in technical interviews of Watch Officer candidates for respective work siteOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related cybersecurity, watch officer, or incident response experience.
  • Familiarity with cyber security of Federal Government networks and operations.
  • Experience in cyber watch across both classified and unclassified networks.
  • IAT Level II Compliance (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related cybersecurity, watch officer, or incident response experience.
  • Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks and operations.
  • Familiarity with leading Integrated Defense Management Team efforts
  • Masters Degree

Clearance Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
