At KPMG our Technology - Energy and Natural Resources sector teams are hiring due to the increased focus on Cloud, IoT/IIoT and mobility that is leading to Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity risks, particularly in asset intensive environments, we are looking for industry experts in Mining, Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Defence and Emergency Services. 

Your Opportunity

We currently have exciting opportunities for Consultants to Directors across our Information/Operational Technology & Cyber Security divisions.

  • Develop and articulate innovative Cyber Security strategies to C-suite stakeholders using emerging technology to deliver business outcomes and new business models.
  • Leading and assisting the delivery of cyber security reviews and technology risk & assurance services, including IT & OT internal audits, service organisation controls reporting, IT & OT risk assessments and IT & OT project assurance reviews in asset driven industries of Natural Resources, Oil, Gas & Mining.
  • Deliver work individually and in a team on a client-engagement basis, by following timelines, resources planning and budget.

  • A sound understanding of cyber security, IoT/IIoT, security technologies, information management and business process-based solutions and the application of such solutions to deliver new business capabilities.
  • A proven ability to understand and define the value chain and competitive environment of a client’s business within the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
  • Ability to bring a hybrid set of skills and insights across digital, technology and cyber security.
  • Prescribe the program roadmaps to deliver target state solution designs encompassing business and technology needs.
  • Develop and articulate innovative cyber security strategies to C-suite stakeholders using emerging technology to deliver business outcomes and new business models.

Please note, the salary ranges $70k - $200k+ with respect to your level of experience
