Job Description

• Threat assessments – recreating reported incidents to understand the scope/impact
• Put together responses to reported attack scenarios
• Vulnerability assessment and ensuring products conform to standards and specifications
• Architecting, strategizing and evangelizing advanced security countermeasures into products
• Assists with understanding customer security deployments

Qualifications

• B.S in computer science – experience with dealing with hardware and software systems  
• Computer architecture, CPU, BIOS, Firmware, Drivers for servers
• System security research and exploring HW/SW techniques as a method of attack against targets
• Security threats, vulnerability research along with practicing security development lifecycle practices
• Authentication, Cryptography and secure protocols
• Familiar with Ransomware protection and other malware
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and security frameworks like from NIST
• Preferred qualification: 5+ years of Threat modeling, security code review, pen-testing
