Responsibilities:

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and integrate cutting-edge software-based solutions for mission customer-oriented applications and frameworks.
  • Writing automated tests to verify code quality
  • Implement working applications from mockups provided by designers

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance – TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
  • Strong interest in building dynamic, efficient, and well-engineered software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Proven aptitude to learn quickly
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong background in the field of software engineering
  • Firm understand of software best practices


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with automation frameworks & extensive programming/scripting experience (ansible, bash, Python)
  • Strong RedHat 8.x Linux experience, with strong scripting / troubleshooting skills, bash, python, ansible.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of PXE-Boot, KickStart, and UEFI. Good understanding of customer's STE/STN requirements.
  • Understanding of tools related to STE/STN ATO including Nessus, McAfee, to support DevSecOps CI/CD and security evaluation processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools, e.g. Jira/Confluence.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and use of tools like GitLab, BitBucket or similar.
  • Good working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, OpenStack, Azure, Google-Cloud, IBM, others

Desired Qualifications:

A preferred candidate will have experience with any of the following:

  • Linux - Fedora, Ubuntu, CentosX, etc
  • Cloud - AWS, Azure
  • Jenkins
  • Office Automation - Word, Powerpoint, Visio
