Threat Intelligence PM plays a key role in liaising with the threat intelligence analyst who is responsible for identification, interpretation, transformation, and dissemination of intelligence crucial to the protection of Amazon customers and partners from fraudulent actors. The Intelligence PM program manages the threat intelligence investigation by partnering with the Intelligence Analyst and Manager and drives threats and vulnerabilities to closure. The PM will be responsible to build the working backwards timeline for each investigation, objectively prioritize the critical projects and consistently land investigations to closure by working closely with the analyst team. The PM is also responsible for meticulous documentation of investigations, communicating project updates to Sr. management and stakeholders on regular cadence and contribute in narrative inputs to MBR and leadership reviews.
· Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure
· Own regular business reviews with leadership to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goal
· Cross functional coordination and alignment
· Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive health of the program
· Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback, escalate and drive clarity on program objective
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo), proven written and data analysis skills, and show strong ownership/commitment. Customer obsession is a must.

Basic Qualifications


· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements
· Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
· Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
· Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale


Preferred Qualifications

· MBA and work experience in Threat Intelligence, Cyber security field is highly desired
· Strategic thinker with the ability to see/understand the big picture
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Experience in a fast paced dynamic environment
· Proficiency in Excel, SQL & Tableau.
· Familiarity with Lean process improvement methodologies
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
