Job Description

1. Handling compliance requirements of Bosch Central Directive CD 2900
2. Identifying control requirements from CD and translating requirements to implementation level
3. Identifying information security - high risk areas from assigned legal entities and guiding in mitigation
4. Handling ISP (Information Security and Privacy) topics for selected Legal entity
5. Handling ISP operations – Training, Audit planning, Performing audit
6. People management  - handling set of DSPs – mentoring, supervision of deliverables
7. Customer relationship management – MSR, risk review meetings, handling escalations
8. Providing consultancy services on
   • Digital offers – Privacy principles, (GDPR, Data protection laws in India)
   • Cloud on boarding solutions
   • Data privacy topics -during application development, Privacy contract review
   • Participation in Quality Gates - providing review and feedback
9. Handling IT systems security topics
10. Ability to understand IT security controls requirements for enterprise applications during development as per EISA (Enterprise Information Security Architecture) as per Bosch Central Directive CD 7900
11. Providing support for projects on IT security controls requirement during development
12. Soft skills, good communication & presentation skills
13. Stakeholder management

Qualifications

BE/ B.Tech

Additional Information

• DSP (Data Protection and Information Security Partner) experience
• Experience in working in Manufacturing industry
• ISO 27001 (Implementation, Auditor, lead auditor experience)
• Personal Data Protection implementation (GDPR, Bosch Data Protection Guidelines)
• Willing to travel across India to assigned Bosch entities for audits, awareness etc
