Job Description

• Design, implement and integrate solutions e.g. ServiceNow focusing on:
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance from both IT and Enterprise perspectives
  • Security Incident Management
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Business Continuity Management
• Working in close collaboration with the customer to define and implement the functional requirements
• Performing security assessments and security validation after implementation of security measures in projects 
• Attend onsite & remote workshops with the customer to define the requirements
• Consult with our clients and support them during the entire project life cycle
• Configure platforms according to the best-practices (using out-of-the-box functionality with configuration and customization)
• Work in an Agile way – developing stories, attending stand-ups, etc.
• Set and optimize processes based on security standards such as SANS, NIST, ISO27x family 
• Create a technical documentation, train and onboard users to the solution

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps and/or GRC module is required
• Preferred knowledge of Application Development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DML/SQL, Angular.JS, web services etc.)
• Experience with integrations is an advantage
• DevSecOps experience related to application development is an advantage
• Soft skills – communication and presentation, analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities and stakeholder engagement
• University degree in IT or considerable years of professional working experience
• Advanced English
• Working proficiency in German or French is an advantage
