Job Description

You will need to:

• Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies;
• Implementation of information security standards and frameworks and operational effectiveness;
• Working closely with the Compliance teams to resolve issues;
• Collaborating with stakeholders and the IT department to improve security posture in the company;
• Assist IT staff in the resolution of reported security incidents;
• Participate in security investigations and compliance reviews, as requested by internal or external auditors;
• Research and assess new threats and security alerts, and recommend remedial actions;
• Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage;
• Identify security issues and risks, and develop risk mitigation plans;
• Mentor junior members of the team;
• Design IT Security processes and support process lifecycle;
• Develop, improve and own end-to-end IT Security Management processes documentation and monitor the performance;
• Reactively act on any identified weakness, collaborate with the stakeholders to mitigate security risks;
• Lead and participate in company internal/external security audits;
• Ensure information security compliance with internal rules and policies and external regulations, standards, frameworks;
• Working across the entire security governance, risk and compliance (GRC) domain from designing policies and procedures;
• Set clear goals for team tasks and set deadlines (quarterly, daily);
• Delegate tasks to team members;
• Follow up on team member tasks and projects regularly;
• Report project execution and progress to management;
• Negotiate and facilitate cooperation with other teams, and resolve blocking issues and conflicts;
• Identify stakeholders and follow up on identified issues with the responsible teams;
• Identify stakeholders for reported weaknesses and follow up on resolutions regularly;
• Design of Information Security controls, and implement measurements.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Higher education;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience in risk management and project management;
• Knowledge of Information Security and IT processes.
