Job Requirements

• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance
• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
• Generating security and performance reports for the technology infrastructure
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
• Management of user access control to different tech and non-tech resources using defined SSO and Role Bases Access Control policies
• Develop and manage a seamless change management process
• n-depth understanding of Azure AD and Exchange services and be able to design security policies around them

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, secruity tools, servers, email systems.

• Experience working in a highly agile, fast paced tech company.
• Knowledge of different software and hardware.
• Strong business acumen and passion for business building enabled by technology deployment
