Responsibilities

• Review the latest threats targeting Bolster's customers and prospects
• Analyze online content across multiple platforms including web, social media, apps stores, website building platforms, etc.
• Train Bolster's AI engine with based on the latest threats
• Investigate online activity and infrastructure to determine the fraud source
• Engage with hosting providers, registrars, registries, etc. to shutdown online threats
• Track ongoing enforcement efforts and content change
• Provide support and written responses to customer queries and requests via tickets
• Support sales and customer success teams with threat intelligence for customers and prospects
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports summarizing metrics and trends targeting customers and prospects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape new feature development of Bolster's platform and internal tools

What we are looking for

• Experience reviewing and managing large quantities of data
• Experience with case management and documentation
• Proficiency on a wide variety of computer systems and technologies including Excel
• Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely, via video-conferencing, and in front of a computer for long periods of time
• Interest or experience in online security and/or brand and fraud protection
• Knowledge or experience related to online service providers, terms of service, complaint procedures, or other types of fraud preferred
• Knowledge or experience related to trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property, or counterfeit preferred
• Experience and openness to 24/7 support of customers at times
