WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Consultant - Project Manager, will support multiple work-streams related to Knowledge Management and Document Management initiatives. Both of these will entail enterprise-wide rollout. Ideally, the Consultant will have experience running technical projects and has a strong Agile/Scrum background. If you are passionate about project management excellence, skilled in change management, and have experience delivering a variety of enterprise-wide rollouts, we want to connect with you!

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Support short- and long-term project planning
  • Work with project lead to define project and sprint goals and keep the team focused on those
  • Run scrum ceremonies: stand up, refinement, and sprint planning, retros
  • Maintain Document Management Issue & Decision log as needed
  • Support change management efforts to meet project outputs
  • Monitoring of progress and tracking of roadblocks
  • Evaluation of project performance and status reporting
  • Collaborate with other PMs on the team to assure team cohesiveness, timely communication, and resolution of dependencies

  • Your experience:
    • Business requirement elicitation techniques, options prioritization and analysis, translation to technical functional and non-functional requirements, solution design, test planning, change management, risk management.
    • Ability to facilitate multiple scrum teams, guiding work delivery and quality.
    • Experience working in SCRUM / Agile methodology and in common toolsets like Jira.
    • Familiarity with document management, metadata and taxonomy design and enterprise search
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, including the ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization and with non-technical partners to derive technical requirements and priorities.
    • Experience in change management rolling out projects on an organization wide scale
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
    • Proficiency in project management software tools
    • Conflict resolution experience
  • We’d be especially excited to talk to you if you have:
    • Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
    • Professional security and/or risk certifications, such as CISSP, CRISP, RMP, or other similar industry-recognized certifications

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. Salary range is $135,000 - $165,000 per year.  We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.

LOCATION:
