We're currently seeking a Principal Security Engineer (SaaS Monitoring & Incident Response) to join our team. This can be a remote position.

Here is what you would be doing at UiPath:

  • Work with teams across UiPath to promote secure defaults for our production systems and services including advocating for security best practices to include authentication, authorization, least privilege, monitoring and isolation to be implemented in our infrastructure
  • Develop tools and services that increase the security posture of our systems
  • Build playbooks to handle alert triage and incident response to scale our ability to respond to new and existing threats within our cloud platform
  • Investigate and handle security alerts and incidents
  • Act as a liaison between security and product and operation teams providing security guidance and recommendations

Here is what you'll bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of professional experience including strong proficiency with at least one high level programming language (C++, C#, or Java)
  • Experience with offensive and defensive computer security (professional or personal related projects)
  • Ability to make sense of abstract problems define requirements, and prioritize work to reach project goals
  • Good communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience running large, distributed web applications at scale
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following domains: network security, OS internals, container security, reverse engineering, digital forensics or security operations
  • Proficiency with Azure or another major cloud service provider
  • Stellar team work and collaboration skills are a must
  • Effectively work with remote teams in different time zones
  • Proven ability to wear multiple hats, prioritize, not get stuck, and adapt in an environment that's growing and changing fast
