CRYT is a new crypto exchange platform, founded by market leaders of the traditional financeindustry to address the existing frustrations in the crypto industry in regard to simplicity andtransparency. We believe crypto is the natural evolution in the future of transfer of value for theworld's economy. However, the adoption will not happen if crypto trading remains a complexand opaque domain, available and understood only by fintech-savvy individuals.

Our mission is to bring simplicity and transparency to the crypto ecosystem, contributing to itsadoption by facilitating the onboarding and education of the average Joe.

Our general technology accents are modularity, simplicity, and security. We are looking forlike-minded software engineers to join our technology team, either remotely or onsite in our devhub in Limassol where we will relocate you and your family. The position we are opening is aninformation security manager who will join us to strengthen current systems and processes. Thetechnology team is small, so we collaborate tightly and horizontally in a native agile manner.

What we want you to do:

●Lead and be responsible for information security domain:

○RBAC and provision of access

○SAST/DAST

○SSDLC

○SOC

○Vulnerability management

○Penetration testing

○Public bug bounty

○Infrastructure hardening

○Legal compliance

●Manage vendors that provide all the above

●Act as analyst in all the above

●Work in a team and take responsibility for your work

What you need to have:

●Management and prioritization skills

●Passion to do hands-on but ability to delegate

●Be a very quick learner

●Background in online digital products or high-risk business

●System infrastructure knowledge including public clouds

A significant priority if you:

●Experience with crypto domain and it’s challenges with regards to cybersec
