Job Description

As a Security specialist, you are overseeing and managing loss prevention issues within your local organization to prevent and minimize losses. You drive the Asset Protection and Loss Prevention security areas by influencing behavior through effective leadership, to reach the “right level of security” in your local organization. Together with the Security team, you are ensuring that the H&M Group is where employees and customers can feel safe.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

• Ensure profitability by reducing the losses caused by shrinkage and other identified theft
• Constant support for the Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage
• Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans
• Constantly plan, monitor and evaluate the investments in security services and ensure the provided quality and efficiency. Ensure the budget efficiency of the Security Department
• Maintain strong connections and collaboration with law enforcement and other public authorities
• Analyzing the shrinkage results and following up that the KPIs are reached based on the set targets
• Implement, maintain and follow up a systematic Loss Prevention Strategy for reducing shrinkage
• Ensure the available LP tools are being used to their full potential
• Follow the global project management and sourcing process when it comes to opening a new or rebuild stores, or offices
• Plan and purchase security services and global technical solutions based on our standards

Qualifications

• Are strong in planning, drive short- and long-term goals.

• Social confidence to communicate with local authorities.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Fluent knowledge of  English & Polish spoken and written.
