Job Description

• You are the central expert and process owner for product cybersecurity with governance function worldwide
• In addition, you monitor changes to relevant industry and Bosch standards. You plan and oversee the necessary changes in our processes and adaptations for the business units
• You monitor the overall compliance of the technical security process and drive the security management system: define requirements for the organization, roles and competencies and support implementation
• Co-designing the strategy for handling security incidents, detection and handling of product vulnerabilities is part of your responsibilities
• You will co-lead the globally distributed security team together with the technical group
• Furthermore, you coordinate, plan and conduct assessments and audits.

Qualifications

• Personality: You have a strong sense of responsibility and are goal-oriented, assertive and persuasive.
• Work style: You have strong analytical skills, are systematic and well organized. In addition, you can communicate well with different target groups.
• Experience and Know-How: You have several years and relevant experience with cybersecurity standards and regulations as well as risk and requirements management.  You are familiar with trends in E/E architecture and vehicle systems. Experience in product development for systems and/or software is a plus. Knowledge of non-automotive domain is helpful.
• Languages: Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are a prerequisite
