Job Description

We are looking for a professional Recruiter for IT contracting roles with experience in IT recruitment to join our team.

As an Expertise consultant:

• You will be responsible to manage our customers' needs supporting the delivery and recruitment process of IT Specialists
• You will be responsible to build a long-term relationship with the selected Candidates, understanding their career expectations, motivations, technological and functional preferences in order to on-board them at the right moment for the right projects
• Your daily activities will be also close cooperation with our clients, account management of these clients, searching for IT candidates, performing pre-screening, leading interviews, doing reference checks, administrating recruitment systems and tools etc.

Client relationship management

• Build lasting relationships with customers in the field of expertise (contracting)
• Creating proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of a product or service offering to a customer in order to secure a contract or agreement to purchase a product or service
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure they are happy with products and services offered by the company 
• Working closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market
• Comfortable with creating clean written proposals and rates proposals
• Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
• Preparation of SOW or purchasing order

Candidate management

• Take over of position from client
• Advertising vacancies on job portals
• Sourcing, interviewing of candidates, headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants 
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of interviews
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career development
• Preparation of documentation for contractors

Qualifications

• Several years experience with IT recruitment
• Experience with client communication
• Experience with sourcing and reaching candidates through social networks (LinkedIn is a must)
• Ability to continuously generate a healthy pipeline of candidates
• Conducting  interviews for a variety of roles
• Ability to multi-task and to manage priorities (manage multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment cycle at the same time)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
• Advanced Czech and English is a must
