Your New Role

Are you in the early stages of your career with a keen interest in Cyber Security, strong problem solving, multitasking skills, and some ICT knowledge?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Security Operations Centre that provide cybersecurity services to support and protect our personnel in the Australian Defence Forces.  Reporting to the Security Operations Manager your responsibilities will include coordinating and maintaining standard operating policies and procedures, playbooks and task cards, supporting team meetings and preparing presentations, correspondence and reports.

This role offers the opportunity to build your career within cyber security, has great learning and development available and offers flexible work arrangements.  The role can be full time or part-time, as well as offering hybrid work arrangements as we are keen to remove barriers that may have prevented you from applying for a role within a Security Operation environment in the past. Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring

Coupled with your education/current studies and practical experience you will demonstrate a proactive and inquisitive approach.  

• A demonstrable interest in Cyber Security and a desire to learn and grow.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast paced agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen hold an NV-1 security clearance, with the expectation of obtaining an NV-2.
