Reporting and working very closely to the Head of Security, you will be responsible for several high importance security (and cyber security) initiatives in the company. You will be involved with potential customers (and we have some very well known ones ;) ) understanding their security requirements.
At the same time, Talkdesk is growing and expanding and offers constant challenges. Therefore, anyone joining our Information Security team will easily be involved in additional projects and initiatives, growing with new challenges!
- Maintenance and development of Information Security Policies (from high-level to more technical ones)
- Engage with customers as part of their security assessments of Talkdesk
- Perform threat assessment on internal requests
- Manage PCI-DSS certification
- Support teams with doubts regarding policies, procedures and standards
- Perform vendors security Assessment
- Users reconciliations
- Develop and support specific metrics/KPIs
- Work closely with Head of Security for new initiatives
- Knowledge of Security Frameworks (with special focus on NIST)
- Risk based mindset
