You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 6+ years of experience in Information and Technology, 2 of them in IT Security roles
• Threat modelling, penetration testing against cloud environments and/or mobile (iOS/Android)
• Network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, components, and principles (e.g., application of defense-in-depth)
• Computer networking concepts and protocols, application and network security methodologies
• Professional English proficiency

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Proactively research new attack vectors that may affect Applaudo 
• Research and implement automated code security quality gates
• Be a subject matter expert for security in Applaudo
• Present findings, recommendations and results to leadership
• Manual vulnerability testing
• Review tech specs and suggest feedback to build secure products
• Enhance in-house security testing framework.
• Log and track vulnerabilities.
• Generate automated reports.
• Design, build, and automate security, privacy and app/systems hardening mechanisms across available platforms
• Operate cross-functionally with business units and stakeholders to deeply understand the job to be done to securely enable fast software development and business growth.
• Platform security architecture reviews and threat modeling
