Operating within the commercial arm of the Callsign team, the Solution Consulting function helps new and existing clients understand the value that Intelligent Driven Authentication can bring their business when interacting with their customers.

Solution Consulting work closely with Sales Leads and will interface directly with clients in predominantly a functional capacity. They will use their deep knowledge of fraud and authentication industries to help clients better understand their existing challenges whilst demonstrating how Callsign software can be used to deliver business value.

More often than not clients will require product demonstrations which provide Solution Consultants the opportunity to demonstrate key product features in the context of business challenges which in turn lead to proof of concept, value or pilot opportunities which in turn are owned and managed within the function.

The management of proof of values tends to be the most time consuming task within the role and requires the individual to demonstrate a number of capabilities. These include, but are not limited to, business analysis to gather and translate business requirements, benefits case creation including success criteria, process mapping and policy configuration.

Clients who decide to leverage Callsign capabilities will inevitably progress through a project implementation. The Solution Consultant will work with Technical Consulting and Delivery teams to complete solution designs and implementation blueprints enabling a successful go live.

As Solution Consultants meet many clients in different regions they are also expected to build and maintain a good understanding of the domain and also identify opportunities to grow the business.

 Support the qualification of sales opportunities alongside the Sales Lead and Account Management functions

 Configuration of product demonstrations including example use cases and scenarios

 Delivery of client sales presentations and product demonstrations

 Unpacking of client problem statement and identifying benefits opportunities utilising Callsign or Partner products

 Response to RFI, RFPs and other proposal requests

 Definition of success criteria and the project management and completion of proof of concepts / proof of value / pilots

 Identification of required product enhancements and / or features

 Researching the market to find gaps in business technology

Requirements

 At least 5 years banking experience in senior management positions within Digital Fraud and Authentication domains

 Experience in the design of authentication solutions within key industries such as banking or retail

 Experience working with cloud based solutions requiring policy / rule configuration

 Understanding of application of fraud and authentication solutions such as Threatmetrix and Biocatch within the context of local regulations

Desirables

 Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics

 Previous experience operating within a pre-sales capacity
