About the team:
FIS’ Identity and Access Management Windows Operations team is a group of cyber security professionals who ensure that critical tools such as Active Directory, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance and Lifecycle platforms are used to ensure least privilege is achieved. This team is responsible for Active Directory administration for User and Non-human accounts, and that these are governed accordingly. Elevated access provisioning, including administrative permissions, access to file shares and network devices all flows through this team. In this role, you will be exposed not just to persistent cyber security threats but also learn about the technology used to power the world’s financial system as you work to ensure its security.
What you will be doing:
As a leader of the FIS Identity and Access Management Windows Operations team you will be accountable for ensuring all access follows FIS’ Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance and Lifecycle requirements. Your primary mission is to ensure access to FIS systems, identities, and secrets is done securely. You will have the opportunity to support and learn from both information security senior security leadership, but also foster partnerships with business application support teams. In addition, you will be expected to collaborate and mentor colleagues sharing your expertise and experience.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Mentoring and oversight of cyber security analysts; guide their management of Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms
- Manage the team responsible for monitoring and fulfilment of service request events in various GRC/ITAM platforms which impact critical identity support systems (AD, MFA, IGA, PAM etc.)
- Monitoring of security appliance health, basic troubleshooting of security devices (MFA, IGA, PAM etc.) and their network connections, and notification to proper security engineer as necessary for malfunctioning systems
- Ensure that the team provides 24x7 operational support; on a rotating/static shift schedule
- Participate in regulatory and client audits and present the operational overview of the Identity and Access Management processes and functions

- Networking, systems, or other IT certifications
- FIS product or technology experience
