Job Description

The Project/Team Support Associate Analyst will be supporting the RISO team with end-to-end streamlining and reporting on Information Security projects and activities. Additionally She/He is involved in the intake of demand coming towards RISO team, supports the reporting efforts across RISO team.

Specific Assignments:

The main responsibilities of a Project Support Associate Analyst

• Act as project support officer for the RISO team initiatives, specifically:
  • support detailed planning;
  • facilitate status follow up and deliver regular reporting;
  • support the RFI/RFQ process for security initiatives by cross-verifying the content/pricing schemes;
  • support communication and change management with reference to security initiatives.
• Support the RISO in reporting and follow up activities:
  • Reporting to project stakeholders
  • Ensure quality and order of various reporting sources;
  • Follow up on team timeliness and calendar.
  • Support scheduling of work streamlining demands/requests.

Other Assignments:

• Perform data mining / analysis on various security reporting sources;
• Access Review process

Qualifications

Professional consulting or enterprise experience as either:

• Junior Project Management Officer;
• Reporting specialist, preferably with IT background;
• Team support specialist keen on reporting and project coordination;

Expected skillset

• Coordination and follow up experience;
• Skilled in preparation of elaborate reports both in writing and as data tables;
• Excellent excel and powerpoint skills;

 Appreciated

• Prior IT or security exposure.

• Very good English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing).
• Very good interpersonal relation skills.
• Ability to work in a complex international environment.
• Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities.
• Able to do limited business travel.

 Education required:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc.
• Languages: fluent English, French or German is beneficiary;
• Driving License: Yes
