As ATB’s next Manager of DLP and Incident Response, you will be responsible for managing a passionate team of people monitoring and responding to security events. You will be responsible for leading our incident response and coordinating multiple teams during investigations. You will use your skills and knowledge of security threat actors and tactics to assess the risk of an event during ongoing investigations. You will lead our team and will be responsible for the continual improvement of our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls enhancing our visibility, working with other ATB business units in ensuring sensitive data is handled correctly. The successful candidate will need strong technical and communication skills both verbal and written.

• Lead and document security investigations
• Coordinate activities with multiple teams
• Complete investigation reports and risk analysis
• Work with team on improving security event monitoring
• Take initiative to escalate and/or resolve any additional cyber security risks or provisioning gaps identified during the course of their work.
• Work with team on managing and implementing DLP controls
• Work with the Data Governance team on closing gaps in our data protection strategy
• Work with security architects, developers and analysts to ensure DLP controls are applied appropriately within security systems and platforms.
• Monitoring of multiple Security and DLP dashboards.
• Working with outsourced providers that provide security monitoring services.
• Work with Business team members to investigate and resolve DLP and Security Incidents in a timely manner.
• Generate reports that show the effectiveness of our security controls

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 5 years of general experience in IT Security.
• Knowledge of information security and data protection concepts
• Preference applied to those that have CISSP or GSEC certification
• Experience in Information Security Incident Response
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention tools.
• Experience with Cloud Security
• Ability to prioritize work with competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication, Able to quickly translate complex technical information into common language for Stakeholders and Team Members.
• Dynamic individual with team player qualities: integrity, accountability, adaptability and motivation.
