Job Description

As Director Product Security (f/m/d) you will help to secure our product portfolio that is mission-critical to millions of users every day. 

  • You will be the Head of our Product Security Incident Response Team 
  • Oversee the security engineering and trust & safety teams at TeamViewer
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to find innovative and state-of-the-art security solutions that enhance the posture of our customers
  • Plan and conduct internal and external assessments and penetration tests
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure program
  • Handle and build international anti-fraud relationships with NGO’s and law enforcement agencies


  • More than 5 years of hands-on IT security experience – preferably with a software development related position
  • Profound knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) implementation and governance
  • Degree in computer science or comparable work experience
  • Experienced in latest software security standards and cryptographic standards, authorization & authentication and their implementation
  • Prior knowledge about common attack vectors, incident response, digital forensics and reverse engineering is a plus
  • Used to work in a team and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Great analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
