Our Business Resilience team is made up of skilled and thoughtful people who are all passionate about business continuity and cyber security. As a senior consultant you will be working with both KPMG and client stakeholders on a range of jobs and forming a central point for day-to-day co-ordination of our engagements.

Your Opportunity

Forming part of the business resilience team, this role will play a key role in ensuring the success of KPMG and clients.

How are you extraordinary?

  • You have strong advisory consulting skills and are confident working with R&D project managers, CIOs, CFOs, Tax Managers, and other specialists.
  • You are a people-person with a love of sharing your business resilience insight and tailoring your communication appropriately for subject matter experts and clients who want to learn more.
  • You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You are able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms.

  • Strong communication skills – particularly in report writing, facilitating interviews, presenting to small and large groups, and facilitating day-to-day stakeholder engagement 
  • Strong report writing and document design skills 
  • Exceptional MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and research skills are essential 
  • A commitment to excellence, problem fixing, and forming high-quality relationships 
  • A willingness to work hard and make an impact 
  • Ability to manage and support multiple managers and projects at the same time  
  • Comfort in delivering to timelines 
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and natural curiosity are essential 
  • Industry or professional services experience; and 
  • A willingness to invest in yourself, and in the development of others and KPMG.
