Do you want to become our Security Expert and work internationally on securing our IT landscape?

Client Services is responsible for operating, monitoring, administrating and developing end-user services, and securing services are delivered according to agreed SLAs. In addition, we are also responsible for all changes in the production environment and to secure adherence to the decided standards. At present, Client Services consist of 3 teams- Service Delivery Management, Process & Design and Business Specific.

We are looking for a IT Security Officer in Client Services. Somebody that we will train and support and make sure that all necessary needs are in place to create best possible prerequisite. We would like to form the role from your perspective and competence. Not the other way around.

Purpose of the job:

IT security has the task to minimize the IT risks for the Vattenfall business in a cost-effective way, using administrative, organizational and technical controls. IT security is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, phasing-out and replacing IT security controls as part of the information security process.

Your responsibilities as IT Security Officer

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Develop and lead Client Vulnerability Team
  • Counterpart towards Group IT Security (GITS) and Security Operation Center (SOC)
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Follow up on internal Security KPI´s
  • Responsible for Client Admin Accounts
  • Investigate and resolve security issues connected to Client Services
  • Create reports for YINC MT on security status and vulnerabilities
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
  • Project resource for future Client Security related projects

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest of IT security and is eager to work with new technology while maintaining a high level of customer focus. In addition, you have

  • Broad experience in IT
  • International experience from a complex and geographically distributed operation
  • Knowledge in IT Infrastructure, preferably Client Services and AD areas.
  • Strong management, communication skills, problem solving and collaboration skills ensuring effective collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, to take initiative and to follow-through
  • Perfect command of the English language is needed in order to be successful in this job
  • Proven experience as security manager or similar position
  • Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
