Job Description

SUMMARY OF ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:

Engineer will be responsible for proxy and DNS layer protection as well as documentation and company standards maintenance.

The engineer will ensure that company assets meet security compliance and in case of any diversity will be closely working with Incident Response Team. Additionally proxy / DNS engineer will provide guidance on tools configuration and support their development and other systems integration.

ROLE & OBJECTIVES:

Specific Assignments:

• Develop and maintain new system features.
• Provide system support for internal customers.
• Collaborate with vendors.
• Integrate tool with SIEM and automation solution.
• Identify and remove bugs.
• Help with company entities integrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for proxy and DNS protection technology.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and remediate issues with the proxy and DNS protection solution.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of 7-12 years of professional consulting or enterprise experience as:

• Network Security Specialist
• Network Administrator
• Cyber-security Analyst

Required:

• Good experience in proxy solutions (Forcepoint, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cisco)
• Good experience in DNS layer protection tools (Cisco, Cloudflare)
• Good experience in debugging security operation center systems, application, and network problems;
• Solid working knowledge of networking technology, firewalls, switches, WAF, proxies, the OSI Model, protocols and standards.
• Experience working within a SOC at L2/L3 level
• Ability to document processes and procedures

Education required:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Technology or Information Security;
• Languages: fluent English
