Your Career

In this newly created opportunity, we are looking for an extraordinary Tel Aviv Safety and Security Operations Coordinator. You will work closely with Palo Alto Networks’ Safety and Security team in Tel Aviv, as well as other teams to assist with a variety of duties and tasks. 

Your Impact

• Work with the Israel Head of Safety and Security to translate company culture, values, and strategies into practical application for safety and security in the office. We don’t want static “standards”, but we do want to clearly articulate certain principles and guidelines, as well as a continuously-evolving collection of best practices.

• Support the Tel Aviv Safety and Security team to drive forward various initiatives. This could be anything from developing a procedure, arranging meetings with key stakeholders, working with vendors, or project managing an initiative that will better prepare our staff on the ground to best represent the Global Safety and Security organization.

• Be fully aware of initiatives across the Safety and Security organization and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, and streamline operations to remove redundancy in efforts in Israel.

• Anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, keep others on track, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Interface with critical stakeholders is likely. It is imperative to be professional and to have a business enabler mindset to represent the organization positively.

• Drive projects towards quality and timely execution with goals, KPIs, and milestones.

• Understand relationship with the security vendor and budget needs.

• Create and present a monthly report on Israel SAS team operations.

• Support policy and process development. 

Qualifications

Your Experience

• Fluent in Hebrew and English

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in security in high tech companies or in security operations 

• Experience in security training for guards and/or receptionists

• Skills: decision making in real time, quick response to situations that may arise in the office

• Experience with working with people from different backgrounds

• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments and ensure the projects are tracking to deliverable dates.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and handling confidential information.

• Professional at all times with all levels of the company.

• Ability to accomplish projects with minimal supervision.

• Proficient at using the basic productivity tools: G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or other comparable tools.

• Ability to analyze and compare data to make impactful recommendations.

• Nice to have: knowledge or experience with project management tools and principles
