Job Description

Support Zscaler’s new Zscaler Insights service – delivering a ‘threat informed defense’ service to augment our customers’ SOC and threat intelligence teams. The Insights service uses the power of Zscaler’s cloud and the research from our ThreatLabZ R&D team to deliver a white-glove managed service built around Zscaler’s zero-trust platform.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong passion and understanding of the current cybersecurity threat landscape, coupled with a desire to evangelize a new service and communicate with customers.

In this role, you will:

• Work with our analytics and research teams to demonstrate Zscaler’s technical acumen to our customers.

• Support Zscaler’s field sales team to sell the Insights service.

• Answer customer queries and deliver pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.

• Handle ‘ask the expert’ deep-dive sessions on adversary tradecraft and defensive operations.

• Forge relationships with our customer’s SOC / Threat Intelligence / purple team / IR and CISO organizations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of modern adversary tradecraft, especially for targeted attacks and hands-on-keyboard ransomware, and nation-state grade APT attacks. 

• Firm grasp of the state-of-the-art in the Threat Intelligence field.

• Exceptional communication skills, especially to package highly technical content for disparate stakeholders.

• Experience in technical consultative roles primarily talking to SOC / Threat Intelligence / Purple-team / Incident response organizations.

• People person, comfortable with customer-facing / consulting / advisory roles.
