Job Description

Assist the Ethics & Compliance team with internal and external communications and training, recordkeeping and database administration in accordance with the U.S. Dept. of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Dept. of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Assist in the collection, assessment, and enforcement of U.S. Government ethics, compliance, trade, and security regulations and Company policy.

  • Assist team with ethics and compliance and ESG editorial writing, training content, and art work.
  • Assist in the performance of required training, including new hire and authorization training.
  • Assist with required record keeping and population of product information within Ethics & Compliance Databases.
  • Assist the team with periodic internal audits of processes, shipping/receiving records, and program records and logs.
  • Assist in the collection of “current state” data and data verification in trade, ethics, and ESG areas of compliance.
  • Be able to enforce Elbit America ethics, compliance, trade, and security regulations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidates for an Intern position must be a full time student pursuing a Bachelors or an advanced degree.
  • Must be available to work at least 25 hours or more a week.
