Our purpose

With significant growth and a new brand strategy, our Cybersecurity Management & Assurance Team are looking for a Team Leader to join us and build out our Certification & Accreditation Practice.

About the Role

As a Team Lead in the Datacom business, your role will be responsible for defining and leading product design and delivery in the C&A space to ensure positive customer results. You will build relationships with our Public Sector customers to better understand their desires and pain-points, utilising market knowledge to craft new offerings that are fit for purpose. As the C&A lead and subject matter expert you will be accountable for the overall quality and consistency of service delivery and providing leadership and guidance to a team of skilled professionals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pushing for meaningful change, has a passion for Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management and is an opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their leadership capabilities and provide input into the operational and strategic direction of our Cybersecurity Team.

We’re looking for passion, ambition, and a depth and breadth of core knowledge as well as the adaptability to deliver pragmatic but effective outcomes that meaningfully reduce Cybersecurity risk to the Public Sector.

About you

  • You’ll have extensive Public Sector and C&A knowledge and experience, with the ability to identify future opportunities and anticipate challenges for product(s) in this space
  • You’ll have broad exposure to Cybersecurity and Network technologies
  • Work Independently to produce high quality, repeatable product and service collateral
  • You will be passionate about Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Services, organisational transformation, and solving customer challenges
  • You’ll have proven experience in presenting and communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive Cybersecurity maturity uplift
  • You’ll be relationship focused, enriching our existing Public Sector relationships to ensure Datacom is top of mind for new opportunities
  • You’ll have proven ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
  • You’ll care deeply about the experience our customers have with us from discovery to design ensuring our Product offerings are curated and fit to our client’s needs and future goals
