Job summary
Our Talent Development team is seeking a Program Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of talent development projects. This individual contributor role located in Iasi, Romania, supports the Compliance Operations team as they keep customers, partners, and associates safe and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will apply project management expertise as you work with stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver talent projects on time and within budget. Types of training projects include new hire on-boarding, on and off boarding interns, and leadership development trainings and programs.
Key job responsibilities
• Monitor the delivery of regional learning initiatives roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders and/or managers to ensure resources, scope, project priorities, and milestones are aligned
• Drive delivery to meet deadlines and program goals
• Improve team processes and metrics; unblock delivery and reduce costs.
• Own project status communication. Provide clear and concise summaries for the projects you own to your leadership/management team and are effective at answering questions in detail
• Build and maintain good working relationships with node leaders, stakeholders, managers, and peers. Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them.
• Assist Senior Program Managers with managing large programs providing leadership in scheduling and facilitating meetings, capturing notes and action items, holding team members accountable for action items

Collaborate with peers, customers and leaders to ensure projects and programs are delivered on-time and in scope. Using your process and project expertise assist in removing program roadblocks. Streamline and innovate process improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project/Program Management, Business Administration, or similar fields
• 2+ years of experience with program/project management experience
• Experience with stakeholder/partner management Strong verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to independently and simultaneously manage complex, multiple, competing priorities
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
• Experience in start-to-finish design and implementation of long-term solutions in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project/Program Management, Business Administration, or similar fields
• 2+ years of experience with program/project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Six Sigma Green Belt, expertise in process management• Experience with stakeholder/partner management Strong verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to independently and simultaneously manage complex, multiple, competing priorities
• Ability to thrive in a start-up environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
• Experience in start-to-finish design and implementation of long-term solutions in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
