The Customer Trust team is the face of Datadog’s security organization. Members of the Customer Trust team interact directly with our customers, and translate customer security and compliance requirements into the overall Datadog Information Security program.  You will support the Sales organization in the procurement phase and ongoing vendor management program by responding to customer security questionnaires, evidence requests, and meeting with security teams from around the world to champion Datadog’s security practices and procedures. You'll work on challenging projects, make an impact, and grow as an analyst.

What you’ll do:

  • Support Datadog’s Security obligations
    • Assist with and/or develop data flow or architectural diagrams
    • Write security and governance related white papers 
    • Assist with building and maintaining Datadog’s public-facing security page 
  • Partner with the Sales and Support organizations in the Sales process
  • Communicate directly with Datadog customers, prospects and other stakeholders and define, describe, or represent Datadog Security on behalf of the organization through the completion of security questionnaires and customer calls 
  • Do everything with an eye towards developing and improving process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Analyze customer security requirements and roadmaps to help steer security features for Datadog's Service

Who you are:

  • You have a BS or equivalent experience in Information Security/Computer Security, Computer Science or Information Systems Management
  • You have worked in security policy, compliance, information security operations and/or security consulting and have had exposure to one or more compliance frameworks (e.g. FedRAMP, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), and have some exposure to salespeople, the sales process, sales reporting, and the general nature of sales
  • Understand the current Privacy landscape and regulations in-place
  • You value correctness and efficiency - you leave no stone unturned when reviewing documentation
  • You are extremely meticulous, knowing that your output not only represents your team, but Datadog as a whole
  • Possess the ability to own and manage multiple tasks and high priority projects
  • Ability to prepare and provide accurate reports that can reference technical scenarios and be digested by non-technical personnel
  • Have the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
  • You take pride in your writing ability and have been praised for it

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule (“EPT”)

The role salary typically ranges from $122,000 to $146,000, plus variable compensation and a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
