CNO Operator

Zetier seeks cleared Computer Network Operations (CNO) operators well-grounded in mission-focused cyber operations with hands-on experience assessing, operating, and maintaining novel cyber capabilities. Candidates will demonstrate practical experience with targeted CNO tool chains, blackblox penetration tests, and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of system analysis and countermeasures specific to Information Operations.

Required:

• Extensive experience (6+ years) hands-on Cyberspace Operator (OCO, DCO, Red Team)
• Highly experienced (4+ years) OS pentest tools (e.g. Metasploit)
• Familiarity (2+ years) social engineering test vectors (e.g. phishing)
• Familiarity (2+ years) scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, Bash, JS)
• Knows OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS Critical Security Controls
• Working knowledge of network mapping & vulnerability scanning tools
• Effective communication with customers and teammates
• Compliance with EO14042 (COVID19 vaccination)
• Active Top Secret U.S. security clearance

Desired:

• Emulate offensive adversary cyberspace TTP on production networks
• Commercial end-to-end penetration testing on enterprise networks
• Industry certifications (e.g. CEH, GAWN, GPEN, GWAPT, GXPN, OSCP, OSCE)
• Professional courses (e.g. ROC Master Operator, ROC Journeyman Exploiter (J*X))
• Familiar with clandestine technical collection and post-exploitation (e.g. survey, log analysis)
• Vulnerability assessment on atypical platforms (e.g. embedded, ICS/SCADA, IoT, wireless)
• Experience working in networking (e.g. 802.11ac, Zigbee, GSM/LTE/5g, SATCOM, SDN)
• Systems software development experience (e.g. Linux, Windows)
• Developed instructional materials (e.g. scenarios, exercises)
• Systems programming language proficiency (e.g. C/C++, Java)
• Developed software on mobile platforms (e.g. Android, iOS)
• Successfully led small cross-domain operational teams
