Headquartered in Germany, and incorporated in the United States, Italy and Spain, we are committed to informing decision makers of current and prospected cyber and geopolitical threats by providing Finished Intelligence, tailor-made for their organization.

Our Intelligence Operation Department analyzes the current and future cyber threat landscape to disseminate timely and accurate tactical/operational/strategic intelligence to external customers and industry peers. Within the Operations department, the Client Success team interacts closely with the Monitoring and Research teams to ensure our customers are informed of the general and client-specific threat landscape.

The team is remote and distributed across Germany, Italy, Spain, and the US and its members come from both the private cyber security and defense sectors.

Job Description

The Threat Intelligence Advisor under the Customer Success team is focused on ensuring customer retention through delivering QuoIntelligences’ tailored threat intelligence services and boosting the knowledge and capability of the customer. 

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Threat Intelligence Advisor will:

  • Being the point of contact of specific clients and debriefing them on a regular basis, advising them on the implementation of protective measures and recommended course of action against threats

  • Understand client goals and execute on those commitments, while strategically managing and evaluating client needs to recommend potential upselling of QuoIntelligence services.

  • Assessing the potential risks of cyber security events (vulnerabilities, malware/ threat actor campaigns, incidents, etc.,) and identify trends 

  • Support the project management of RFI/RFP activities. 

  • In addition to leading bi-weekly calls, proactively follow up with clients to ensure client feedback is captured and client needs are met, ensuring service is provided in a way that exceeds client expectations. 

  • Proactively resolve complex client issues related to products, services, or processes. Processes may not always be clearly defined and may require creative solutions. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer facing platform to ensure customers are leveraging the platform’s functionality to its fullest potential. 

  • Work closely with our sales, product, marketing, engineering teams to develop and prioritize the customer experience. 

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of Threat Intelligence. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 should be in threat intelligence. 
  • Excellent skills for developing and presenting technical information and presentations to non-technical audiences and clients, including developing Cybersecurity architectural diagrams and schemas 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to balance between meeting demands of fast-paced environment and taking time to ensure strategic and thoughtful approach with clients. 
  • Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders, understanding their needs and driving the value of QuoIntelligence and service differentiation from other Threat Intelligence providers.
  • Holding an EU passport or a permanent work permit for Italy
