What is a typical day for a Data Security Engineer?

We are the team focused hardening Nubank's data defense structure. We build and improve our automated data security controls, perform security architecture analysis, define baselines. Also conduct discoveries and build vs. buy to improve our controls maturity. 

What skills do I need?

• Experience implementing data security controls
• Authentication and authorization (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML)
• Cryptography concepts and best practices
• Automations Skills (like Python, Go)
• Advanced English (Infosec is a Global Team 💜)

*Interviewing and onboarding are currently done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team and our current staff will remain working from home until it is safe to return to our offices.
